This greyhound can live with another canine friend.
This greyhound would prefer to be the only dog in the home.
We believe this greyhound could cope without human company for up to six hours.
We believe this greyhound would be suited to live with children of eight years and older.
This indicates that this dog has lived in a home previously and is ready for straight adoption.

Its lucky Sesame was named after a food item as he is SO food motivated and will do anything for a snack. He is a shyer boy so will do well in a quieter home that takes things slowly with him. For that reason, we think Sesame would prefer any children he shares his home with to be older than nine years and have had some experience with dogs previously. Sesame would likely benefit from having another dog to live with and could go with anything medium sized or smaller pending a meet and greet. Once Sesame gets to know his humans, he is very affectionate so would prefer his people to be home part time but could go for longer hours if there was another dog for company.

🥰 Foster Update 🥰 Sesame Has Grown into The Perfect Dog!
Sesame has blossomed in his foster home, although he was the goodest boy from day one! Sesame’s foster carers say any home would be so very lucky to welcome this sweet boy.
“Sesame is delightful. His manners are impeccable, he’s used to being inside, loves company, helps me with all the household chores during the day.” They say of Sesame.
Sesame has ventured out into the wild world, including trips to the beach, walks with other ‘hounds at local parks, and strolls around the neighbourhood. He enjoys it all!
“We took Sesame to the beach on the weekend. He encountered dogs of all shapes and sizes, he just kept walking, no growling or barking, was happy to see them all, a sniff and on his way. We continue to walk with our normal pack of greyhounds, and he has met a new one this week (Boss).”
Resident Borzoi, Misha, appreciates Sesame’s calm and gentle nature. Sesame has learnt from Misha, quickly picking up the routine around resting, eating and toileting.
“They like to sit in the shade on the grass in the early evening together.” Sesame’s foster carers said of him and Misha.
Sesame has mastered a lot of skills, including;
☑ Sitting
☑ Managing time alone
☑ Toilet training
☑ Mat training
