I may have a big powerful name but I am a softy at heart and have a really sweet, snuggly personality. I can be a little shy initially so would need a quieter, calm home who are happy to take things slowly with me as I adapt. The GAP staff have noticed that I can be a little unsure of people in hats or sunglasses so will just need time and patience to learn all about the big outside world.
I am quite comfortable in my only company so could either go in a full or part time working household but probably only for a max 5-6hours on my own. I have met a variety of dogs here at GAP and have been polite in my greetings so think I could go with a social dog of any breed. Because of my somewhat shy initial nature I do think I’d prefer any children I live with at this stage to be over 13years of age. I am a really affectionate boy when I get to know you and truly do think I am worth the extra effort in helping me settle in slowly.
