Greyhounds as Pets WA is excited to host the Great Global Greyhound Walk again in 2025!
This event is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the unique charm of greyhounds while enjoying a casual community stroll with fellow sighthound lovers.
When: Sunday 28 September 2025
Where: BHP Amphitheatre, Optus Stadium
Walk Starts: 9:30am
We have planned three different walk lengths ranging from 500m to 1.5km to suit all accessibility and energy levels.
Who is invited: Greyhounds and other sighthounds with their humans! While this is a public space and other breeds are welcome, we ask everyone to be mindful of our greyhound attendees that may be unfamiliar with other breeds.
But that’s not all! The event will also feature exclusive event merchandise, a coffee van, and some amazing small business dog-themed stalls. Grab your leashes and lace up your walking shoes for a day of celebrating these amazing dogs.
