Abbie is a sweet and friendly hound who loves to have a zoomie play with you before snuggling into your hand for pats. Abbie could share her home with doggie ‘siblings’ of any size if they compliment her playful and social nature. She has been assessed as unable to go to a home with cats. The little humans in Abbie’s life could be as young as five years old as long as they can give her a sweet and gentle approach in the first moments of meeting, then she is sure to shower them in love. Abbie can stay home alone for up to six hours at a time and with a bit of training or a canine companion this could stretch longer. She is sure to welcome you back home with big wriggles and maybe a zoomie or two. Like most greyhounds Abbie’s exercise needs are easy-going, one or two 20-minute walks and a play session a day will keep her tail wagging and her heart happy.
