Aragog is a cheeky, friendly and wonderfully playful boy who has that magical spark that makes him feel straight out of the Forbidden Forest (minus the scary parts). He has “magical creature” charm with a big helping of goofy friendliness that would make Hagrid grin with pride. Aragog sometimes forgets gets excited by one of his favourite things (toys) so he’s best suited to a home where all humans are nine years or older. Aragog could join medium or large doggie ‘siblings’. Aragog has not been assessed as suitable to live with cats. Aragog can stay home alone for up to six hours. With canine company and a structured routine he may be able to lengthen that time. Aragog is easily motivated by treats and toys and will happily learn spells and commands. One or two 20‑minute walks and a play session each day will keep his tail wagging and flicking like you’re casting leviosa.
