Arnie is pure joy on four long legs, a super friendly boy who gets excited about… well, everything. People, dogs, adventures, pats, snacks, sunshine, if it exists, it makes Arnie happy and waggy. Arnie could join a home with medium or large sized doggie ‘siblings’ if they complimented his friendly and social nature. Arnie has been assessed as unable to go to a home with cats. Arnie loves people but his big-hearted play may be too much for tiny tots so he is best suited to homes where everyone is 14 years old or older. He’s a smart lad who listens well and is constantly polishing his manners. With clear guidance and routine, he settles beautifully and learns quickly. He can stay home alone for up to three hours, with the help of training and possibly a canine companion he’ll be able to lengthen that time. One or two 20 minute walks a day will keep his tail wagging like a hurricane, although they may be longer as he loves to say hello to everyone he meets.

If you’re looking for a hound who sees the whole world as the best thing ever this fun sweetheart is your guy.
