Arnie is pure joy on four long legs, a super friendly boy who gets excited about… well, everything. People, dogs, adventures, pats, snacks, sunshine, if it exists, it makes Arnie happy and waggy. Arnie has been living it up in foster care alongside two ‘hounds and three horses! He could also join a home with a medium sized dog; he’d adore someone to play with. He’s a social boy, just a bit enthusiastic for smaller dogs. That being said he could join smaller sized dogs if they would enjoy a playful mate. Arnie has been assessed as unable to go to a home with cats. While Arnie has been living with two fully-grown humans, he could live with people from nine years old. He would LOVE if they would throw a toy for him or zoomie around the backyard with him. He’s a smart lad who listens well and is constantly polishing his manners. He’s even learnt “sit”! With clear guidance and routine, he settles beautifully and learns quickly. Arnie appreciates company and settles well with a friend. He has spent up to 10 hours without humans, snoozing the day away. Arnie has joined his foster carers for 30-to-40-minute walks around their semi-rural area. He loves checking out the sights and smells and saying hello to everyone they come across.
