Chops is our happy-go-lucky boy full of enthusiastic love and personality. He is ready to greet any person he meets with BIG wriggles and a helicopter tail! Chops could join a medium or large sized doggie ‘sibling’ that complimented his confident and social nature. Chops has been assessed as unable to go to a home with cats. While he’s full of excitement, Chops has been working hard on his manners with our team. He is eager to please, quickly picks up on routines, commands, and tricks and always tries to be the very best boy for humans. Chops would do best in a home where all humans are 14 years old or older as his size could be a bit overwhelming for tiny tots. He is a confident solo dog and can stay home alone for more than six hours at a time as long as he has a comfy dog bed and some enrichment. Despite having a bit more pep than average, Chops is still a greyhound and one or two 20 minute walks and a good play session keep his heart happy.
