Despite the dramatic name, Lucifer is all light, joy, and sparkle living up to his original meaning as the Morning Star. This outgoing, playful lad greets the world as if it’s dawn every day, full of enthusiasm and optimism. Lucifer would be best matched with medium or large doggie siblings, as his play style is lively, like flapping wings, and can be a bit full‑on for smaller pups. Lucifer has been assessed as unable to go to a home with cats. Because he hasn’t had much experience with younger children and can be enthusiastic, he’d prefer a home where all humans are nine years or older. Lucifer can stay home alone for up to six hours and with canine company and a steady routine he may be able to extend that time. Lucifer enjoys one or two 20 minute walks a day, using that time to greet the world like a celestial being, soaking in attention and friendly faces.
Lucifer is truly a ‘bringer of light’ kind of dog, bright, joyful and ready to bring warmth and light into the right forever home.
