If you’ve ever admired the quiet, calm landscapes and independent spirit of Wales Maddox might feel like a perfect slice of Cymru. Maddox is an independent soul who’s perfectly happy to entertain himself. He would prefer to be the only dog in the home but could be playmates with doggie ‘siblings’ of any size who match his easy-going style. Maddox has been assessed as unable to go to a home with cats. Maddox is unfussed by the bustle of family life and could join homes with kids of any age. With a canine companion, Maddox would prefer their people are around more often than not and he is not suited to full time workers. He’s content with one or two 20 minute walks a day, preferring a relaxed stroll over anything too dramatic, no hiking required, despite the Welsh name! Maddox is a little more like a cat than a dog, content to potter about, claim his favourite resting spots and observe the world with quiet wisdom.

If you’re searching for a quiet and steady companion with a touch of Celtic independence and charm, Maddox may be the perfect match.
