Makita is a social and ready‑to‑go girl who brings all the energy of a fully charged power tool straight out of the shed. She has a tail that is always spinning the full 360 degrees like a whipper snipper. Makita could join a crew of fellow large‑sized doggie ‘siblings’ who compliment her RPM. Makita has been assessed as unable to go to a home with cats. Because she’s playful, enthusiastic and not always aware of her own “voltage” she’d do best in a home where all humans are nine years or older. She would love humans who enjoy getting involved in playtime. Makita can stay home alone for up to three hours, recharging her batteries. With canine company and some training she may be able to extend that time. Makita thrives on one or two 20‑minute walks a day plus some playtime. She approaches new adventures like a dog‑shaped multi‑tool, versatile, excited and always ready for action.
With her constant tail‑whirring and her bright, enthusiastic attitude, Makita is the perfect addition for any toolbox.
