River is ready to make waves in his furever home and paddle his way into your heart! This enthusiastic boy is always ready to make waves by joining in the fun, chasing after toys, or splashing into new adventures with his people. River could flow through life alongside a large doggie ‘sibling’ that matched his playful nature. River has been assessed as unable to go to a home with cats. River is best suited to a home where the young humans are 14 years old or older, as his playful waves might be overwhelming to smaller kiddos. River is happy to float solo for over six hours as long as he has a soft dog bed to snooze away in. River’s daily adventures do not need to be a long as the Nile, just one or two daily 20-minute walks and a play to keep his tail spinning like a whirlpool.
