Ryder is a big, friendly, and slightly cheeky goof of a hound whose heart is as big as his whippy waggy tail. Ryder could join a medium or large sized doggie ‘sibling’ that complimented his social and playful nature. Ryder has been assessed as unable to go to a home with cats. The little humans in his home would preferably be nine years old or older as his enthusiasm when playing could be a little much for tiny tots. Talking about playing, Ryder LOVES toys and is often seen throwing them to himself as he bounces around. he hopes his future home has a big toy box for him. Ryder has no problem staying home alone for more than six hours at a time as long as he has a comfy dog bed to snooze in and some chewy treats to pass the time. A daily routine of one or two 20 minute walks and play sessions will keep his tail wagging and his goofy heart full.

If you’re looking for a joyful companion who is equal parts snuggle and silliness, Ryder is ready to be a part of your life.
