Yankee is ready to hit a home run into your heart! He would love to share his roster with a large doggie teammate who matches his playful and social personality. Yankee has been assessed as unable to go to a home with cats. While he loves his fans, Yankee would be best suited to a home where all humans are nine years old or older as his major-league size might be a bit much for small tots. At the moment Yankee isn’t confident about solo innings and is working on staying home alone. With some coaching, enrichment, and a routine, he is sure to gain confidence and improve. Yanke LOVES toys. Soft toys, balls, ropes, he loves them all. He would thrive with humans that want a hound they can play with. Despite his long legs, Yankee doesn’t need too much exercise. Just one or two 20 minute walks and a play session a day, and this boy is ready to snooze away at home base.
