Horrie is the kind of dog everyone dreams of finding, he is easy-going, friendly, affectionate and wonderfully calm. He’s the sort of lad who takes life as it comes, happy to join in when there’s fun to be had and equally happy to relax beside his people when the excitement is over. Horrie could join doggie siblings of any size, from tiny Chihuahuas to mighty Great Danes. Horrie is gentle and unfussed enough to join a home with children as young as five. His calm nature and easy-going attitude make him a wonderful family companion. Exercise is typical greyhound, one or two 20-minute walks a day will keep his tail wagging like a happy metronome. He walks beautifully on leash with our volunteers and team. One of Horrie’s most endearing qualities is that he’s halfway to learning fetch although sometimes he gets distracted and forgets what he was doing halfway through.

Sweet, steady and easy to love, Horrie is a lovely all-rounder who would fit beautifully into many different homes.
